On October 22, 2011, Faculty of Engineering, King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB) by Assist. Prof. Chak Chantalakhana, Acting head of Department of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering and representative Dean of Faculty of Engineering, has signed Academic Agreement with Department of Mechanical Engineering, University of Maryland by Prof. Ashwani Kupta, Distinguished University Professor at Department of Mechanical Engineering, University of Maryland. This event was held at the meeting room 328 on the 3th floor, Building 81, Faculty of Engineeing.
The academic agreement will promote and develop cooperation in the following activities:
- Each institution will make an effort to promote and develop cooperation in the following activities
- Exchange of faculty members and research staff.
- This Agreement shall begin after signing and shall continue thereafter for three years, subject from time to time to revisions or modifications by mutual agreement. After the initial three years, this Agreement shall be renewed with the same terms, unless either institution withdraws from the Agreement with six months prior written notice.
- Either institution may terminate this Agreement at the end of any calendar year by giving written notice to the other institution of no less than six months.
