Techkriti

General Information

International SkySparks Championship is a competition sponsored by Boeing which involves RC aircraft with electric motors. Techkriti provides a platform to compete with different flyers through a series of different rounds doing different maneuvers and showing their talent in flying like payload dropping, Limbo flying and the spot landing. In Techkriti’15, this event saw participation from countries like China. Various teams from the different nationalities, representing their country and universities will compete amongst themselves with their finest of skills. We are anticipating a participation of over 10 countries to compete for total prize money worth over $1850 USD. The top 3 team will have to compete with teams from other zones at IIT Delhi. (Participation in IIT Delhi event is compulsory for top 3 teams)

6th international symposium on energy grom biomass and waste venicr 2016

General information

The production of energy from alternative sources and its impact on climate change are among the main strategic tools implicated in the sustainable development of our society. Numerous types of biomass and wastes contribute towards the production of energy and reduction in the use of fossil fuels by means of biological, chemical and thermal processes. Existing biomass and waste to energy technologies are currently undergoing rapid development. Despite growing interest in the use of these technologies, in many countries their implementation remains limited.

The aim of the Venice 2016 Symposium is to focus on the advances made in the application of technologies for energy recovery from biomass and waste and to encourage discussion in these fields. The previous edition of the Symposium, held in 2014, was attended by over 500 scientists and operators from approximately 54 different countries.

The sixth edition of the Symposium will feature:

  • Three days of scientific presentations
  • One day of guided technical tours at biochemical and thermochemical plants
  • Six parallel oral sessions, poster sessions and an exhibition by companies working in the field
  • Expected attendance of over 600 delegates from tens of different countries worldwide

3rd-3RINCs

General Information

It is our mission to promote proper waste management and spread the concept of the 3R principle (Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle) in our societies. The basic concept of 3R is to establish a sound Material-Cycle Society and at the same time aim to preserve resources and control hazardous substances. The aim of 3R International Conference is to provide and serve as a platform for academic activities that promote a 3R society. It is essential to strengthen mutual ties and have interdisciplinary discussions. We are holding the 3rd 3R International Conference on Material Cycles and Waste Management as an open academic platform. We are calling for scientifically and academically based presentations from all stakeholders in material cycles and waste management, including product designers, operators, suppliers, environmental authorities, and academics internationally. Please come and join the 3rd 3RINCs and have a wonderful time sharing your knowledge and experience with people from academia, municipalities, and industry.

IREC2016

General Information

The International Renewable Energy Congress (IREC) provides a forum for researchers, academicians, scientists and industrial professionals around the world on recent developments in the fields of renewable energy. The congress consists of keynotes, oral sessions and poster presentations. Considered as a catalyst for research works, the IREC publishes the best presented papers in partner journals.

Authors from academia as well as industry working within the scope of the congress subjects are invited to submit their papers. Submissions will be peer reviewed by our International Program Committee on the basis of full manuscripts. Acceptance will be based on quality, originality and relevance. Contributions should be original and not published elsewhere or submitted for publication during the review period.

3rd 3RINCs

General Information

The 3R concept is closely associated with entire communities. It will affect various social aspects, such as the direction of industry, patterns of consumption, use of resources and energy, and our relationship with the environment. It will also require the establishment of much more effective policy systems. We should respect the need for this concept to become deeply rooted in our society and should promote technologies, social systems, and policy research to back up and establish better 3R principles and waste management systems.

The aim of 3RINCs is to provide, and serve as a platform for, academic activities that promote a 3R society. A wide range of academic fields, including physics, chemistry, engineering, medicine, policy science, economy, and law, need to serve as keystones that support 3R development. It is essential that we strengthen mutual ties and have interdisciplinary discussions across these areas.

i-CIPEC 2016

General Information

Initially the focus of attention of the i-CIPEC series of conferences was the thermal conversion of municipal and industrial solid wastes. However due to the increasing importance of alternative energy in substituting rapidly depleting fossil fuels and in reducing CO2 emissions, the i-CIPEC Conferences these days also cover energy saving technologies in plants using fossil fuels and biomass conversion technologies.
Despite the expanded scope, the core technologies involved remain unchanged, namely combustion, incineration, pyrolysis and gasification.
These issues that need to be addressed, however, are becoming more and more complex, covering not only the more traditional concerns of resource efficiency and emission control, but also life cycle impacts, climate change, energy security, and sustainability. These and other related issues will be discussed at this 2-day conference.
In addition, a pre-conference workshop on “Challenges in Mercury Waste Treatment/Disposal” is also scheduled on 20th September, 2016. And as part of this Conference, an exhibition will be staged, offering companies and organizations an opportunity to publicize their products and services. A technical tour will also be offered.

This conference is aimed at providing an international forum for participants from academia, industry and government agencies, to report on research and development results, to interact, and to identify opportunities for cooperation in the fields of combustion, incineration, pyrolysis, emission control as well as climate change. It will also host contributions on non-thermal treatment techniques (mechanical, biochemical, chemical), thus closing the loop on the residues of all human activities.
During this conference, you will get a chance to share your research experience with many international scientists and engineers.

World Renewable Energy Congress 2016 Indonesia

General Information

World Renewable Energy Congress (WREC) is biennial event dedicated to promoting renewable energy global development organized by World Renewable Energy Network (WREN), United Kingdom. WREC has been successfully organized in many countries under the auspices of WREN.

Being an active member of WREN, IRES had organized several conferences and exhibitions in renewable energy in Indonesia during the last decade in collaboration with WREN, but this WREN2016 is part of the regular series of conferences under the auspices of WREN, with larger international participations from all over the world sharing the same concerns in how the world community could mitigate the dependence of and finally replace fossil energy by clean energy for global sustainable development.

This 3 days Conference and Exhibition will have several Plenary Sessions featuring top international experts, policy makers and business practitioners addressing the most strategic issues of sustainable energy development and innovation. Intensive discussion addressing the issues in more in depth will take place in many Technical Sessions which will run after the Plenary.
